Why we collect it

We use your details to deliver your bottles, confirm your delivery days, send your receipts and answer your questions.

Who we share it with

The company that makes and bottles POP Smoothies, and its delivery partner, get your name, phone number, delivery address, delivery days and flavours. They use them only to deliver your order.

HitPay processes your payment under its own privacy policy: https://hitpayapp.com/privacy-policy

Our WhatsApp chats run through WhatsApp, which stores your messages under its own privacy terms.

We don't sell your personal data. Some of these services store data outside Singapore, and we only use services that protect it to a standard comparable to Singapore's Personal Data Protection Act.

How long we keep it

We keep your order records while we need them to serve you, and for 5 years after your last order, because Singapore law requires businesses to keep their records that long. After that we delete them.

Seeing, correcting or withdrawing your data

You can ask to see the personal data we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or withdraw your consent for us to use it. Contact our data protection officer and we'll reply within one month. If you withdraw consent while you still have deliveries to come, we can't deliver them, and we'll explain what that means for your order before we act on it.
