Who we are

POP Smoothies is a brand of Press On Collective Pte. Ltd. (UEN 201914027C), a Singapore company. In these terms, "we" means Press On Collective Pte. Ltd. These terms apply when you buy POP Smoothies on popsmoothies.com.

Packs and prices

14 bottles: S$189

28 bottles: S$349

56 bottles: S$698

Prices are in Singapore dollars and include delivery.

Paying

You pay in full at checkout through HitPay, our payment provider. Your order is confirmed once your payment goes through, and HitPay emails you a receipt.

Delivery

We deliver to addresses in Singapore.

Each delivery is 14 bottles. The 28 bottle pack comes in 2 deliveries and the 56 bottle pack in 4 deliveries, weekly or every two weeks, as you choose at checkout.

We'll WhatsApp you to confirm each delivery day. Deliveries arrive between 9am and 5pm.

Please put your bottles in the fridge as soon as they arrive.

All sales are final

Once you've paid, your order can't be cancelled or refunded. This includes any deliveries still to come in a 28 or 56 bottle pack.

If a bottle arrives damaged or leaking, or the flavours are wrong, WhatsApp us a photo within 24 hours of delivery and we'll replace it at no cost.

If we can't make a delivery, we'll refund that delivery to the account or card you paid with.

Nothing in these terms affects your rights under Singapore law.

Storage and safety

Keep your bottles in the fridge at 2 to 4°C. Unopened, they keep for about 28 days; always follow the expiry date printed on each bottle. Once opened, keep chilled and finish within 2 hours.

POP Smoothies contain chicken and milk (yoghurt). They are not halal certified. If you have a food allergy, check the ingredients on the label before drinking.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The version on this page on the day you order is the one that applies to your order. These terms are governed by the laws of Singapore.
